Vertimax training helps develop an athlete’s explosiveness, vertical jump, and speed. Since the Vertimax platform has multiple resistance attachment points, up to 6 athletes can simultaneously train against resistance. Athletes can expect to go through a circuit style training along with Athletic Finishes at the Rim. Athlete’s will also measure their vertical jump at the beginning of their trainings and will retest their vertical jump every 4 weeks.
