Speed Training

This class will teach the mechanics of how to run faster. From block starts to acceleration, and max velocity phases, we focus on creating better posture and stride patterns for athletes. Having the ability to run faster and be explosive is a skill any athlete can benefit from.

A quick first step and being able to maintain that explosive step is crucial for athletes to create separation from their opponents.
Speed is a skill that must be taught correctly to be effective. Don’t be quick, BE FAST!

We also have GPS testing and monitoring available for anyone who wants to put numbers to the movement. Being able to analyze where an athlete may be struggling in their movement pattern, will boost results faster for any level of athlete.
